This one-day course teaches you the essential skills to respond confidently to common first aid emergencies. No medical background is needed. It’s ideal if you want to be ready to help if someone is injured or taken ill at home, at work, or in public.
It’s a shorter, lower-cost alternative to the full First Aid Responder (FAR) course. It doesn’t replace FAR, but it lets more staff train and support their designated FARs.
